SEARCHING can be done by keyword in the search bar off the Home Page, or through the Advanced Search.

Searching by default looks at everything in the database.

ADVANCED search allows you to narrow your search to different things.

For example, you can narrow your search by format: 

• Audio and Sounds
• Collections
• Documents
• Events
• Groups [or people]
• Images [or pictures]

Searches look through all the database's titles, descriptions, and even PDF text.

So you can narrow your search down only to title or alternatively all fields.

You can also narrow your search from a date (dd/mm/yyyy) to another date (dd/mm/yyyy).

Under Search For, you can look for an exact phrase, simply check the box.
