He was the nephew of Miss Ralston. Member of the Board 26/09/1983 and elected Chair 13/02/1989. He resigned as Chair 11/11/1997 but remained on the Board as a member until 2024. Preceded by John Malbon Ralston and succeeded by Michael Lee as Chair of the Board.
